Working closely with the Project Manager and Technical Lead, you will be part of a development team to develop, test and deploy system/network infrastructure as part of an island-wide CCTV project implementation.

• Responsible for the setup of the VM environment & hardening of the system OS including working with the respective OEMs ensure timely project delivery
• Responsible to coordinate with external and internal stakeholders (including software team) to ensure timely project delivery
• Responsible to manage vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery to project
• Undergo On-the-Job training at Equipment OEM premises on system operation, integration & testing, troubleshooting
• Establish system test methods and monitoring strategy to achieve success criteria
• Perform System Installation, Checkout, Integration & Testing activities leading to the successful testing and commissioning of System or Equipment
• Review the engineering tasks (includes Documentation of System Design, System Testing and Commissioning) and initiating the necessary corrective actions
• Involved in Acceptance activities of the Equipment to be installed
• Configuration control and management
• Support in System Demo, data collection, maintenance, and warranty support
• Logistics administration – handling delivery, receipt and storage of Equipment from overseas

Qualities We Value

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering

Job Description :

• Design and implement Building Management Systems for commercial, industrial, or residential buildings.
• Analyze project requirements, propose technical solutions, and oversee the implementation of BMS systems.
• Develop and program control logic for to optimize building operations and energy efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and debug control systems to ensure optimal performance and integration.
• Configure and integrate high-level communications for devices, including sensors, controllers, actuators, and field devices.
• Ensure smooth communication between BMS components and external systems.
• Design, develop, and implement user-friendly BMS graphics and dashboards to provide operators with real-time insights into building systems.

Purpose of the Role

The Engineer, Inspection has a critical role in ensuring that ARLANXEO's plant equipment is maintained to a high level of reliablity via the proper use of Maintainence and Engineering Standards and Codes. Her/his objective will be to ensure compliance with safety standards, local legislation, statutory requirements and regulations as well as Corporate guidelines while performing related duties and all other related works.

Job Description

• Manage and perform all static equipment inspection (pressured equipment, piping, PSV, etc).
• Manage PVMS to MOM CLA extension scheme and Steam/Air equipment RBI.
• Response to plant requirements to mechanical inspection for static and safety devices, Promptly and timely response to requests for assistance to meet execution team expectations
• Provide technical expertise to identify and make recommendation to solve static equipment problems either directly or through accurate identification of a problem and participating with functional engineering team in problem solving.
• Propose improvements of static equipment installation and utilize the LMS management of Change (MOC) process including proper documentation of the change.
• Lead in Static Equipment inspection scoping in major shutdown and turnaround.
• Support unscheduled/emergency or schedule plant shutdown/turnaround as required.
• Support Go-live, deployment and usage of IDMS and Future RBI initiatives.
• Liaise with maintenance planner, engineers and others supervisors to improve PM schedules.
• Supervise the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety and quality and reliability of work.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis of failures and develop counter measures to prevent future failing of Equipment.
• Develop work procedures in the area of responsibility.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years’ of maintenance experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical or Chemicals industry.
• Industrial Certifications: API510, API570, AWS-CWI.
• Skilled in Materials selection, Material Degradation Mechanisms and NDT
• Working knowledge of API/ASNE/ASTM/TEMA.
• Familiar with PI, Microsoft Office, Project, Outlook and SAP systems.
• Self-confident and able to work independently with minimum supervision but also, a good team player.
• Good interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
