Your role :
Are you passionate about "Software Supply Chain Security"? Are you excited by the prospect of helping to drive and deliver change to build the Strategic Software Chain Security platform of the organization? We are looking for a dynamic software engineer to:
• support the delivery of solutions that improve the security of the end to end software supply chain across the bank
• help build a state of the art SDLC build chain with emphasis on continuous delivery with security and compliance automation
• be an agent of change by engaging and partnering with stakeholders across multiple lines of business
Your team :
You will be working in the GCTO Core Platform Engineering SDLC Security function based in our Singapore. Working with senior management in the CTO function and partnering with the architect community within the Group Technology organization to transform the way we manage software development. Our global team across London, Zurich, Weehawken and other locations is unifying existing programs that support the tools and processes used by our development community, aligning them to our Cloud adoption agenda and driving the creation a dynamic developer/engineering experience. We are passionately working towards recognition of UBS as the "employer of choice" for technical talent in the Financial Services industry.
Your expertise :
• 8+ years of software engineering with Agile related experience
• deep expertise with Golang programming language and design patterns
• ability to write and communicate detailed design with experience in implementing test automation
• ability to work with CI/CD and related tooling
• familiar with a broad range of platforms, technologies and tools, specifically GitLab, Linux,
• experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and other cloud-native infrastructure technologies is a plus
• experience with cloud technologies (MS Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and enabling cloud-native solutions is a plus
• understanding of security and regulatory concerns common in banking environments, particularly regarding the software supply chain
