Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment operations, drive efficient talent acquisition processes, and manage relationships with external recruitment vendors. Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition Operations

3. Strategic Talent Acquisition Initiatives

o Lead talent acquisition projects, including employer branding, diversity recruitment, and proactive talent pipelining, to support long-term business goals.

o Analyze market trends and competitor hiring practices to ensure competitive positioning and innovation in talent acquisition efforts.
