• Develop & implement Project Quality Plan, all QA/QC inspection and testing, as required by contract specifications or by regulatory requirements;

• Conduct inspections to in-progress / completed works and ensure Works are in accordance to project specification and approved construction drawings;
• Raise report of any non-conformances and carry out root cause analysis;
• Monitor corrective actions and process improvement;
• Manage subcontractors to clear defects and achieve required CONQUAS target;
• Document QAQC records and prepare handover packages

Requirements

• Degree qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the setting up, day to day management, testing and inspecting, auditing and reporting of all aspects of the QA/QC of similar major projects in the waste, oil and gas, water or power sectors.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the implementation and management of quality control systems.
• Able to demonstrate implementation, documentation & monitoring experience in the development and application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Able to audit QA/QC activities of the staff and sub-contractors to assess conformance with the QA/QC procedures.

Key Accountabilities

• Analyze and map terminal processes to identify inefficiencies and document workflows.
• Develop the best fit process documentation and optimization. You will lead process standardization efforts across the terminals and streamlined operations.
• Identify and implement solutions for performance improvement and efficiency gains. Monitor processes continuously for improvement opportunities.
• Assist in implementing new Terminal Operating System (TOS) and/or upgrades and system changes for smooth integration.
• Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for standardized processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to address system issues and optimize performance.
• Act as the TOS subject matter expert, manage change requests to ensuring the system meets operational needs. Troubleshoot system issues and ensure optimal configuration to support operations.
• Serve as the main liaison between operations, IT, and vendors to align system functionality with business needs. Ensure successful system integration with minimal operational disruption.
• Communicate system performance and improvements to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating process changes and aligning them with business goals.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or related fields. Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma are preferred.
• TOS training or experience with port/logistics management systems is a plus.
• 5 years’ relevant experience in port operations, terminal systems, logistics, or supply chain.
• Advanced knowledge of TOS configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Proficient in data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
• Experience in project management for system and process improvements.
• Skilled at translating technical info to non-technical teams.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail in troubleshooting and process optimization
