Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Team

• Design, implement and maintain integrations between Wise and complex financial systems 

• Develop and design scalable and repeatable network architecture and computer systems infrastructure

• Communicate with various stakeholders throughout Wise, plan roadmaps with your team, and work through challenges to determine scope and realistic delivery

• Working and collaborating with our larger platform engineering team and alongside product engineering on global projects

• Work with Leads and Staff Engineers to influence the direction and change current technology implementations in order to improve and modernise current Payment Integrations solutions.

• Ensure reliable connectivity and uptime across all network components.

Job Overview:

The Senior Associate Data Scientist will support the Process Development (PD) group at the Drug Substance Manufacturing Facility in Singapore, with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Support the design and development of data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data for digital technology transfer solutions.
• Support digital systems and applications (e.g., Spotfire visualizations, R-Shiny applications, databricks infrastructure, Product Lifecycle Management) to provide insights through the integration of multiple data sources.
• Build automated dashboards and visualizations for Continued Process Verification.
• Collaborate with representatives from other functions and sites to support process investigation and improvement.
• Organize and conduct meetings; actively generate and present data/conclusions at internal team and cross-functional meetings.
• Analyze process data using tools such as Excel, Minitab, JMP, and SIMCA.
• Verify data in technical reports, spreadsheets, and regulatory filings.
• Author technical protocols or reports for experimental studies; conduct technical and product impact assessments for commercial support of deviations/change controls.

Basic Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree and 1+ year of directly related experience OR
• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of directly related experience.

Relevant Experience:

• Relevant work experience in the commercial manufacturing environment within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., cGMP) is required.

• Work closely with IT Manager and other internal stakeholders on assigned IT support functions to achieve operational efficiency and ensure smooth execution of work.
• Setup, configure and maintenance of computer hardware, network and system
• Troubleshoot and provide IT technical support to end-users on hardware, software and network issue
• Manage data protection and cyber security function.
• Maintain IT assets, system documentations and software license.
• Knowldege on adminstrating 365 Environment, Security and Intune is an added advantage.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or relevant qualifications
• Broad technical understanding of Window OS and Microsoft 365 with basic IT network skillset
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
