Requirement

• Maintain safe EHS working conditions at all times.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment per SOPs and respond to alerts during production.
• Handle production materials, including cleaning, sterilization, and proper storage as per SOPs.
• Dispose of degraded or contaminated materials in compliance with SOPs.
• Perform batch dispensing and input data into the inventory management system.
• Prepare, clean, and sterilize materials, equipment, and facilities manually or using automated systems.
• Conduct equipment calibration, pre-startup checks, and operate filling and packaging equipment.
• Follow operational procedures, specifications, and instructions to ensure product quality and CGMP compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and packaging quality issues, monitoring corrective actions.
• Assist in meeting department KPIs and ensuring timely delivery by adhering to the packaging line schedule.
• Perform tests and measurements to control variables like temperature, pressure, and viscosity during production.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min GCE "N/ O/ A" Level
• Min 2 - 3 year of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical or Food Plants
• Knowledge in SAP and with be advantage

Job Description

Reporting to the Global Finance Transformation Head, you will be overseeing the implementation and maintenance of SAP ERP system, processes and master data as part of the Group's globalisation and digitisation efforts. You will be the SAP FICO Global Process Owner for the S/4Hana implementation project collaborating with various cross-functional teams. You will partner with market finance leads in streamlining, standardising and harmonizing of proccesses across different regions. You will maintain the Group's blueprint of the global SAP FICO template and be the go-to person post go-live on any change requests and trainings. You will be proactive in driving continuous improvements/upgrades as well as integration of new businesses.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should be Accounting & Finance Degree qualified with more than 6 years in managing SAP FICO projects and driving continues process improvement projects in Finance. Candidates from consultancy firm/in-house roles are open to apply. SAP S/4 Hana certification will be a great plus. You possess strong communication and stakeholders management abilities and influencing skills to work with senior management team as well as operational stakeholders.

Duties to Be Performed:

We are looking for a Project Manager – Process Systems Specialist in the either or all of the following systems,

- Gas / Environmental / Ultra Pure Water / Chemical Systems.

The prospective candidate will be responsible for the following,

- Responsible for Concept and Detailed Design for Process Facility systems for the entire course of the project (Conceptual Design, Detailed Engineering calculations, System & Component sizing, Budgeting, Drawing development coordination from Engineering up to Construction stage e.g. PIDs / layouts / sections).

- Capable in interdisciplinary understanding and managing of relevant interfaces.

- Detailed understanding of all technical standards, drawing formats and symbols.

- Tendering process (e.g. Technical and Commercial bid evaluation).

- Time and schedule management.

- Check and review engineering document and drawings for accuracy and completeness for submission and shop fabrication (e.g. Submittal Procedure).

- Lead system design and reviews with customers and ensure customer sign off and approval.

- Ensure Project Director/ Manager is kept aware of the process engineering design and construction progress and any cost and schedule impacts.

- Coordinate installations with sub-contractors on site.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Previous experience in laboratory work, particularly in downstream bioprocessing, is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
