We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team and lead our mission of innovation and excellence. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing a variety of projects across different facilities. You will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, leveraging the latest technologies and your extensive experience to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Project Managers to plan and manage projects effectively, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with technical and engineering requirements.
• Collaborate with main contractors and consultants to diligently track work progress and adherence to the project schedule, ensuring engineering specifications and standards are met.
• Facilitate communication with subcontractors and suppliers, meticulously prepare all project costs, process claims, and monitor budgets to ensure financial efficiency and compliance with engineering requirements.
• Attend site meetings and perform detailed site inspections to ensure project milestones are met and technical standards are upheld.
• Oversee the daily activities of subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to job site safety policies and procedures, with a focus on engineering safety standards.
• Monitor and inspect work progress, maintaining rigorous quality control and assurance standards, and promptly address any engineering issues that arise.
• Work closely with the team to meet all requirements and expectations during testing and commissioning with consultants, ensuring successful project outcomes that meet engineering criteria.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and specifications to ensure clarity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are achieved without compromising safety or quality.
• Aid the Project Manager and team in the efficient closure of projects, including the handover process, OMM, and as-built documentation submission, ensuring all engineering documentation is accurate and complete.
• Ensure the proper upkeep of documents and efficiently upload them to the server for organized record-keeping, maintaining the integrity of all engineering records.
• Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and recommend improvements for future projects.

Helpdesk or (Outsourced) – End-User Support

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance, set-up, installation/re-installation, relocation and migration of IT peripherals.
• Provide support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices, including upgrades and patches.
• Onsite & remote support for clients/end-users on IT-related requests
• Diagnose and able to resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Ensure issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Assist in configuring and setting up new employee workstations
• Manage software administration (e.g. Microsoft 365), including password resets and account management.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE / Diploma in IT or equivalent.

Job Description

1. Establish action plan for all sales promotions
2. Drive sales growth through maximization of resources and execution of market segment strategies
3. Secure active customer relation data management within the assigned area
4. Establish / Maintain campaign results report to track progress and impact of marketing initatives and take appropriate actions in case of deviation
5. Achieve sales target set by management in assigned area
6. Assist ASM in supporting channel partners technically
7. Provide market and competitor intelligence on monthly base
8. Monitor customer, competitor activity and gather general market information and feedback to headquarter.
9. Create and maintain strong customer relationship with top notch customer service.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in multi-national industrial environment, preferably with wire processing machines, and more than 3 years in sales management
• Good basic understanding in industrial machinery, automation and software
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel overseas and visit clients (up to 30% of time)
• Singaporeansa and PR only

· Drive Technical and Maintenance support to all operating facilities in instrumentation and control systems, including ICSS / DCS / PLC

· Ensure the installations are maintained and managed with respect to regulatory requirements

· Actively contribute with technical and advisory support to Operations Managers / Maintenance Managers and offshore facilities in terms of Instrumentation and Control Systems

· Actively contribute to incident investigation and provide technical support to Emergency Response team as and when required

· Participate in planned shutdown as and when required

· Review and provide the engineering solutions for Management of Change Request from Facilities as per procedure

· Review the Shutdown / Breakdown Reports and verify / carry out Root Cause Analysis

· Update Lesson Learned Register based on Management of Change Request, Shutdown / Breakdown Reports review, Survey / Audit Reports etc.

· Provide in-house training for the offshore team as and when required

· Carry out competency evaluation for onboard E&I Supervisors and Instrument technicians as requested

· Provide budget requirements in terms of maintenance, long term plan and surveys

· Provide input for new project bids and variation orders, based on Lessoned Learned from operating facilities

· Act as a mentor and resource for new employees and less experienced colleagues

· Continuously make suggestions for improvements in all spheres of influence

· Additional responsibilities as required

What you will do:

As Senior Sales Engineer HVAC, you will be responsible for small accounts offering less technically complex solutions. Builds relationship with customers, which may be end users, to understand needs and offers solution within a standard framework or range on pricing and margin.

How you will do it:

• Study product knowledge and company working procedure, continuous to improve domain knowledge of product, company and industry.
• Plan annual secured order strategy aligned with Department goal. Achieve business sales target with YOY growth expectation in the region.
• Prepare and issue tenders and proposals to customers. Lead negotiation and/or bidding activity at optimum profit levels to the company. Close orders to achieve the goals and targets assigned. Responsible for payment collection.
• Provide monthly reporting on assigned vertical secured and revenue attainment as well as non-financial reporting to management team.
• Be proactive to liaise, develop relationship and influence customer(s) to maintain a long-term service relationship, ensure customer satisfaction at high level.
• Develop sales leads and identify customer requirements.
• Monitor and collect competitors’ activities in market and report periodically directed by company.
• Independently develop and follow up HVAC projects to provide solutions for customers.
• Responsible for the promotion of HVAC products and systems in design institutes, industry associations and integrators in the industry in the region.
• Conduct cold calls and new business development.
• Explore and execute end to end HVAC project, and provide product/industry solution to customer.

Mon to Fri - 8am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for daily basis service work and handling new installation projects and testing commissions for air-cooled and water-cooled chiller.

- Routine servicing of Commercial Chillers (Air-cooled & Water-cooled chillers) onsite.

- Routine duties includes maintenance, troubleshooting and repair to commercial chillers, AHU, FCU, VRV CRAC, VRV Systems, including tear down and rebuild (overhauling).

- Able to read specifications and drawings by contractors.

- Inspecting and testing systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications and to detect/locate malfunctions.

- Organise and keep up with records and report all faults, deficiencies and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders.

- Responsible for adjusting system controls to settings recommended by manufacturer to balance systems handling for all types of refrigerant.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, Chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems

- Resourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skills

- Strong communication skills

- Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task

- Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
