Job Responsibilities:

Purpose: To support Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) aftersales operation Requires strong technical knowledge in Material handling equipment operations/workshop

• Assist in running errands when required
• Manage daily operation activities in workshop and customer service

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Robotics related field with technical experience (EE, ME, CS, Robotics)

• Possess a Class 3 Driving license
• Candidates with experience with Linux (ideally Ubuntu) administration, tools and Bash/Python scripting will be an added advantage

Job Description

• Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.

• Analyze SPC charts using SPACE. Know all the PR rules and their significance. Do proper annotation to maintain quality troubleshooting rate for SPC OOC. Understand Cp and Cpk indices
