What’s the job?

Develop new sales opportunities, build a robust sales platform and manage assigned account base in order to generate revenue and maximise performance both for the short and long term in line with sales target. Conducts active market research and intelligence for the hotel to provide feedback on competitors, market trends and identifying new business potentials. Description of Department

You will be part of the KidSTART Capability Development Branch, tasked to oversee and coordinate capability building strategies in the sector. The Branch ensures the delivery of specialised training programmes for KidSTART practitioners (KSPs) and volunteers. This involves identifying, conceptualising, developing and supporting training across the early childhood development, social support and health domains. The Branch identifies, engages and procures suitable training providers and consultants to conduct training and best practice sessions, develop training and educational resources, coordinates and provide mentoring sessions for KSPs.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the training needs of practitioners by organising in-house training programmes, procuring suitable vendors to deliver training, setting up and operationalising structured training frameworks and protocols, as well as budget management and reporting.
