This is a full time role for an Operation Manager located in Geylang Bahru. Our client is one of Singapore's Leading Specialists for Buddhist funeral services and you will be responsible for conducting morning briefings, delegates duties to Team Leaders, and provides budget updates to the Finance Department. They oversee the preparation of monthly schedules, consolidate feedback from teams, families, and clients, and ensure quality control of standards, rituals, and customs. They improve operational systems and processes, review SOPs for efficiency, plan and review compensation actions, and enforce policies. They manage the welfare and health of operations staff, handle HR matters such as leave approval and overtime, oversee recruitment and interviews, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

Job Purpose:

· Providing Sales, Administration & Product Marketing support to the existing team familiar with IoT

industry or SaaS business.

· Especially focus will be after-show follow up in materializing all leads derived from exhibition/shows

company participated.

Key responsibilities:

1. Hunt, maintain and grow customer base.

2. Establish strong relationships with channel partners, clients and key stakeholders.

3. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed targets.

4. Identify, quantify and develop new opportunities through prospecting and networking.

5. Analyze marketing campaign performance and tracking relevant metrics to measure campaign

success and improve ROI.

6. Provide timely accurate demand forecasts and close-loop communications to ensure smooth

support to customers.

7. Keep management informed with regular reports on planned activities, account trends, economic

conditions and competitive activities.

8. Manage yearly budget and brand assets.

Additional responsibilities:

a) Support and coordinate quotation of new product, new customer.

Knowledge and skill requirements:

1. Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Marketing.

2. Related experience in IOT, High-tech company, Cloud platform, Industrial, System Integration, IoT

solutions & concept of data storage over cloud & sensor data controller selling, microcontroller

(MCU) and/or display interface controller.

3. Technical background or basic knowledge in SaaS and IoT device & Knowledge of Electronics or

Semiconductor industry/product development will be a plus.

4. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.

5. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously

manage several projects.

6. Must have experience of handling budgets and negotiating contracts.

7. Strong Customer insight and planning skills are essential.

8. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

v Report to the Project Manager. Assist the Project Manager in managing certain section(s) of the project, as assigned by the Project Manager and shown in the organization chart

v .The detailed duties and responsibilities of an Assistant Project Manager include but not limited to the following:

o Prepare a detailed programme and ensure that the assigned tasks are completed within the time frame as stipulated in the master programme.

o Implementation of all ISO quality, EHS, green and gracious procedures and requirements.

o Complete the project with quality to meet the client's / consultant's requirements.

o Ensure compliance to Authorities’ requirements.

o To deal with consultants and owners on all matters including solving technical problems, submission of shop drawings and samples, etc.

o To ensure that the appointed sub-contractors can complete the sub-contract works within the schedule and comply with the technical and contractual requirements.

o Manage the actual cost of work so that they are below the budgeted costs.

o Manage the subordinates so that they are following work systems, are productive, and encourage teamwork among the team members.
