• Event Planning and Execution:
  Plan and execute marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities to support brand objectives.
  Coordinate with event vendors, manage logistics, and ensure successful execution of events.
  Evaluate event effectiveness and gather feedback to improve future initiatives.
• Team Leadership and Management:
  Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging innovation and teamwork.
  Manage agency relationships and oversee external marketing resources and vendors.

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer goods or footwear industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems).

It would be great if you have:

• Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
• Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
