Objectives of the position:

The NPI / Production Process Engineer is required to collaborate with the Program Management Team

and be involved in New Product Introduction activities and the creation of manufacturing Work

Instructions as well as other process documents. The incumbent is also expected to improve the work

processes actively and continuously to achieve high productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

 Early involvement in NPI (New Product Introduction) activities.

 Interpret technical information (documents, drawings, and data) and analyse the manufacturing

process elements.

 Create Bill of Materials structure.

 Create manufacturing Work Instructions and other process documents in collaboration with the

Program Management, Production and Quality Assurance Teams.

 Engage in DFM and Lean Line Design activities.

process risks and make recommendations to mitigate these risks.

Skills & Qualification:

 Minimum Diploma in any Engineering field such as Electrical, Mechanical/Mechatronics,

Manufacturing/Production or industrial Engineering

 Min. 3 years of manufacturing process engineering experience, preferably dealing with wire or cable

harness. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Asst. Engineer position

 Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings

 Basic manufacturing knowledge in cable harness assemblies, plastics and sheet metal preferred

 Experienced in the creation Bill of Materials structures

 Good knowledge on Solid Edge or SolidWorks preferred.

 Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Process Engineer (Biologics) - Job Scope

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in MSAT, process development, or manufacturing within the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on experience in downstream processes, including ultrafiltration and chromatography.
• Strong understanding of scale-down model verification studies and analytical method development.

Education & Experience:

NIKE Trading Company (NTC) is a centralized global trading organization that creates financial value and operational leverage for NIKE. Tax, Trade, Treasury and Supply Chain strategies are enabled via the Trading Company flow. Around 85% of NIKE’s Finished Goods purchases from factories around the world are performed via Trading Company, streamlining the global buying and selling operations and increasing efficiency.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Process team based in Singapore as an individual contributor. This role will be actively collaborating with Business teams to translate goals and objectives into projects.

Within NTC, this role will be working with various teams including Purchase Order (PO) Management and Operations, Logistics, Trade & Customs, Capability, Operations Accounting, Controls & Compliance, Treasury and Tax.

Outside of NTC, this role liase with Nike Business and Technology functions at the Global and Geography levels. This includes functional areas such as Demand and Supply Management (DSM), Global Sourcing and Manufacturing (GSM), Origin Strategy, Logistics, Inbound Deliver, Outbound Deliver, Trade & Customs, Supply Chain (SC) Accounting, Tax and Legal.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Senior Supply Chain Process Analyst who will represent NIKE Trading Company (NTC) in system and process operation work.

This role supports business and project initiatives to achieve objectives and milestones. Lead NTC Supply Chain projects and initiatives from idea through to implementation. Partner cross-functional teams to develop and manage NTC Supply Chain systems, processes, and internal controls requirements.

The candidate needs to be able to understand business requirements in the respective Supply Chain process segment and recommend process and service improvements. Act as and facilitate subject matter expert (SME) discussions with Global/Country process leaders and/or across business functions. Communicate system changes to the business and various levels of business community in non-technical terms.

What you bring:

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Lead & facilitate SME discussions across department level or single business unit. Communicates system changes to the business at department level.
• Act as a business specialist as well as technical generalist. Analyze and document business process, investigate issues, and leveraging deep knowledge of business process, provide functional expertise, big picture perspective and/or suggest solutions.
• Develop and manage project plan, schedule, scope and deliverables.

• Oversee wafer manufacturing to meet quality, yield, and production targets.
• Collaborate globally on process alignment and qualification of new processes, suppliers, and consumables.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance process capability and yield.
• Coordinate troubleshooting for process issues and yield losses.
• Drive continuous process improvements and resolve chronic quality issues.
• Develop best practices and innovative solutions for ongoing improvement.
• Conduct statistical data analysis for process improvement and data interpretation.
• Utilize problem-solving techniques (8D, Fishbone, DOE) and risk assessment tools (FMEA).

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, data analysis, DOE, and SPC
• Proficient in statistical software (e.g., JMP).
• Experience with Visual Basic, databases, and queries (preferred).

Reporting to the Manager, Engineering, the Process Engineer will provide technical guidance on packaging-related customer complaints, deviations and investigations, as well as develop and participates in continuous process improvement activities to enhance packaging performance metrics. In collaboration with functional groups, will support the introduction of new products/market to the packaging operation as well as qualify new components and equipment capabilities.
