• Leading a team of lift engineers & specialists, you will manage the general lift matters of the Town Council such as ensuring the smooth operations of the lifts, planning for upgrading, general repair and maintenance of the lifts and managing queries related to the lift.
• You will be responsible to coordinate the schedule for lift specialists and technicians to attend breakdowns; troubleshooting equipment faults and ferrying out preventive/ corrective actions and to perform inspection and testing of lifts. Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring Compliance to Contractual obligations of both Owner and Contractor in all Project related works.

Requirements:
