Key Accountabilities

• Analyze and map terminal processes to identify inefficiencies and document workflows.
• Develop the best fit process documentation and optimization. You will lead process standardization efforts across the terminals and streamlined operations.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or related fields. Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma are preferred.
• TOS training or experience with port/logistics management systems is a plus.
• 5 years’ relevant experience in port operations, terminal systems, logistics, or supply chain.
• Advanced knowledge of TOS configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Proficient in data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
• Experience in project management for system and process improvements.
• Skilled at translating technical info to non-technical teams.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
