1) Responsible for planning, and defining contracting strategy

Contracting Management

• Develop the Contracting Strategy appropriate for the project scope, project strategy and contractor market; to be involved as early as Investment Proposal in the development of Contracting Strategy.

• Set up the contract (s), execution of potential scope changes, schedule obstacles, and in cooperation and alignment with the Project Manager;

Supplier Management

Project & Category Strategy Development

• Based on key categories of procurement plan, develop and execute a project strategy and category strategy. 2) Responsible for ensuring the availability of the goods and services according to functional budget and planning requirements
