Key Responsibilities

• Application for Inspection for New Trailers (assign chassis number, prepare and submit inspection documents to LTA)
• Submission for registration
• Road tax/Inspection for the company and customers' assets
• Apply for VPC and insurance for road tax renewal
• Provide VPC agreements, apply for VPC, and handle invoices
• Apply for renewal and de-registration of vehicles
• Carry out other ad-hoc tasks

Technical Requirements –

· Experienced in Redhat, Solaris, AIX in DC and Cloud infrastructure

· Redhat Satellite Management

· Experience on Installation, Administering, Patching, Upgradation of Sun Solaris/RedHat/AIX

· Administration of Puppet & Ansible

· Administration of Docker & Kubernetes

· Administration on Centrify

· Administration of IBM Symphony

· Administration of GPFS

· AWS/Azure – VM deployment and management

· Depth knowledge of UNIX, Linux Server Support, designing, troubleshooting and storage implementation

· Systems running on Solaris, Linux & AIX platforms and OS clustering, partitioning and virtualization [Solaris - Zones, LDOMs, AIX - VIOs and LPARs

· Handle day-to-day Solaris, Linux & AIX operating system installation, migration and break-fix support

· Demonstrable experience in AIX System Administrator and support various flavors of Unix servers along with experience in HA & VCS cluster technologies

· Create and maintain environment for running batch jobs associated with daily batch cycle and batch reporting subsystem

· Scripting knowledge is a must to automate tasks

· In depth knowledge of key AWS services like EC2, S3, ELB, Autoscaling etc

Other Requirements –

· Certifications and hands-on exposure with skillsets in relevant areas

· Must have strong communication skills (Verbal and Written) and the ability to articulate task management, priorities, and issues, participate in customer visits, conference calls, and assisting with defining the scope of services tasks

· Assess customer environment and requirements and design world-class solutions, leveraging best practices and best-of-breed technologies

· Performs system integration tasks

· Investigate and provide the RCA for the incidents

Preferred Qualifications -

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field

· At least Six (6+) years of information technology work experience and experience architecting, implementing, and/or managing virtual infrastructure environments

One or more of the following certifications

· RHCE- RED HAT Certified Engineer

· Solaris Certified Administrator

· Oracle Linux OCA and OCP

· Dockers certified

· AWS System Administrator

· Microsoft Azure or AWS Solution Architect Certified

Position Overview:

The Project Coordinator/Administrator will support the Project Management team by ensuring the smooth coordination of project activities. This role involves administrative duties, scheduling, documentation, and communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support and Document Management:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain and manage accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
• Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
• Track and maintain records of project changes, variations, and approvals.

2. Project Coordination:

• Assist the Project Manager and Project Engineers in planning and executing project activities according to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and update project schedules to ensure timely completion.

3. Communication and Reporting:

• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
• Prepare and distribute regular project status reports and updates.
• Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to project-related questions.

4. Financial Coordination:

• Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for project reviews.

5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Support the implementation of quality assurance procedures to ensure project deliverables meet company standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Assist in conducting internal audits and inspections to maintain quality control.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in the M&E or construction industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of fire protection systems and industry standards is a plus.
