• Provide comprehensive design and project management services to clients, including preliminary & detailed design of Water & Infrastructure projects including roadworks, earthworks, sewerage, water, and drainage.
• Carry out design calculations and produce sketch drawings, preparation of tender documents and proposals. Write, consolidate, and review technical reports of water infrastructure projects and studies.
• Possess initiative to resolve tasks or problems that arise during design and construction stages.
• Ensure compliance with Project Design Criteria/Client Brief/ Approved Concept, as well as relevant design standards and office standards.
• Work independently and have excellent communication skills with project team-mates as part of a team.

• Recognized Civil Engineering qualification or related field (Bachelor/ Master’s degree).
• Minimum 2 to 8 years of professional design experience in the field of civil works design preferably in roads, drainage, and sewerage projects of PUB, JTC, HDB, URA, LTA, etc.
• Sound understanding and knowledge of civil related regulation, standards, and reference of design – such as Euro Design Codes, Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice, and statutory requirements (LTA, BCA, PUB etc.), with hands on experience in usage of Civil Engineering Software.
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills
• Energetic, proactive, and reliable team player with excellent communication and project coordination skills.

POSITION SUMMARY

Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools, appliances, and equipment. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, etc. Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves. Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies as needed. Maintain inventory and purchase orders log. Inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Enter and locate work-related information using computers. Operate power lift. Job Description
• Provide L2 tech support and diagnose problems through onsite or remotely troubleshooting
• Install, configure, troubleshoot and support (after-sales) networking & network security equipment (major brands)
• Provide technical support and network consultancy service from time to time
• Maintain network documentation
• Ability to oversee customers’ requirements and translate to feasible solutions &/ or design
• Taking ownership of customers’ technical issues reported & tracking them through resolutions timely and escalate to appropriate channels when applicable
• Install, support and maintain hardware and software network infrastructure according to best practices including routers, switches, wireless access controller/ point, firewalls etc
• Evaluates existing network equipment and/ or users’ needs to analyse, design, recommend and implement system changes

• Manage the IT infrastructure includes Azure Cloud, hardware and software application and provide support to end-users
• To perform the installation of updates and patches for all IT systems including planning for scheduled preventive maintenance

• To ensure that all automated system processes (data backup etc.) and scheduled tasks (batch jobs) are properly carried out on time
