• AI/ML Model Development: Create and maintain AI/ML generative models, covering data preparation, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• MLOps/LLMOps: Design and implement robust MLOps/LLMOps architectures, ensuring model lifecycle management (development to production) and automation of model deployment and monitoring.
• API and Python Development: Contribute to REST API creation and Python development, and industrialize internal POCs. Maintain embeddings and ensure proper documentation and handovers.
• Collaboration: Work with business teams to understand their needs, translating them into scientific queries. Communicate analysis results clearly.
• Coordination: Collaborate with the Cloud Centre of Excellence and Infrastructure teams to address project needs.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 7 years in AI/ML solution development, with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and MLOps.
• Mastery of AI algorithms and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies on public clouds (AWS).
• Knowledge of data management for preprocessing and model training.
• Expertise in programming (Python, .NET, or Java), with DevOps/MLOps/LLMOps tools (GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, AWS Sagemaker, etc.).
• Understanding of ethical AI practices, particularly in generating embeddings for GenAI.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Bedrock, AWS Sagemaker).
