Team Intro: E-commerce business center procurement via bidding center was established to integrate goods, services (warehousing, express logistics services, etc.) or intellectual property rights to achieve the best value for the company.

Responsibilities :

- According to business needs, based on the group procurement system, build the entire TT e-commerce service provider , quality inspection, warehousing, distribution service provider procurement via bidding system;

- Build a service provider sourcing system for warehousing, distribution, quality inspection, equipment and consumables, integrate high-quality resources in the industry, and formulate access/quasi-exit mechanisms, assessment optimization mechanisms, SOP/KPI and other systems;

- Establish a management system for each service provider, cooperate with upstream and downstream departments, and improve the service quality indicators of service providers through data and other operation methods;

- Manage the procurement via bidding process, and be responsible for the business analysis, negotiation and contract negotiation of the procurement via bidding project;

- Cooperate with the internal audit compliance department to optimize the procurement via bidding process, and empower business to achieve fast procurement via bidding, reduce costs and improve efficiency;

- Have the ability to write bids and sort out contracts, be able to sort out bids and contracts independently, and have certain basic financial knowledge.

Proficient in cross-border trade laws and policies in the country, responsible for following up the policy changes of the legislative departments of the country and relevant regulatory departments such as customs, taxation, and the Ministry of International Trade, and providing guidance and decision-making reference for the company's business development and operation;

- Highly sensitive to cross-border trade and related tax policy changes in the country, forward-looking, combined with the company's business model and current situation, can quickly and deeply interpret and cooperate with the business to achieve a stable response on the platform;

- Based on the continuous growth of cross-border e-commerce business, regulatory innovation, category breakthroughs, the rise of content-based e-commerce and other new trends, promote the landing of import customs and tax innovation business projects in the country; - Expand, establish and maintain good relations between the company and relevant departments of legislation and cross-border trade supervision in the country, and promote a win-win government-enterprise cooperation model.

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years of relevant experience in procurement via bidding and management of warehouse, distribution and quality inspection service providers in e-commerce platform enterprises;

- Have a deep understanding of e-commerce procurement via bidding, have rich domestic and high-quality storage, distribution, quality inspection, equipment and consumables service provider resources, and have excellent negotiation skills;

- Have excellent experience in building procurement via bidding system, as well as a business sense of full compliance process and link control to ensure full link standardization and compliance; - Profound project management experience and problem solving ability, highly sensitive to data, able to quickly respond to various procurement via bidding requirements;

- Have excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, strong language and writing skills; have certain resource integration ability and business promotion ability;

- Good team cooperation, independent handling of affairs and cross-departmental project cooperation ability.

- Fluent in English.

• Carry out product engineering duties for integrated circuit (IC) products throughout all stages of product development and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with production test engineers and/or relevant stakeholders to maintain and enhance the program and hardware of existing products.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Engineering.
• Proficient in Tape-out procedure, CMOS device, and IC process.
