•             Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications that are found in the Desktop PCs and Notebook PCs. Examples of such software are Windows 10 OS or any standard desktop OS, MS Office, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, etc.

•             Installation of Apple IPad software’s.

•             Provide support for queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution and MAC – move, add and change.

•             Printer Maintenance.

•             Take on and resolve complex calls or tasks the other engineers could not resolve.

•             Responsible for learning and working independently.

•             Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service

•             At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or advanced /Higher /Graduate Diploma.

• Regularly co-check with the design department for the latest updated construction and shop drawings for execution of works on site.
• Coordinates and check sub-contractors works being carried out, ensuring their compliances to drawings and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with the Construction Engineer and Survey Department for the setting out of works and verifications of alignments on site.
• Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO
• Prepare daily records and reports to the Construction Manager.
• Candidate must at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduates and or candidates with 1~2 years relevant experience in the related field are welcome
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.
• Preferably with experience in LTA MRT projects in Singapore
• An added advantage for those who can start within a short notice.

About the Team:

TikTok e-Commerce is a content e-Commerce business utilizing international short video products as carriers. Our aim is to become the preferred choice for users seeking to discover and purchase affordable, high-quality products. We provide users with tailored, active, and efficient consumption experiences while enabling merchants to access stable and reliable platform services in various scenarios, such as live e-commerce and short video content e-commerce. Responsibilities:

- Develop efficient, highly scalable, and secured services to build/integrate e-Commerce solutions for TikTok Shop.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to explore the next generation of shopping experiences on TikTok.

- Be responsible for building an intuitive and reliable shopping experience, including browsing product details, check-out, shopping, return, refund etc.

- Be responsible for TikTok's Shop Tab, building platforms and tools for merchants, clients, and businesses to manage campaigns, deliver the best results, and receive actionable insights.

- Research, analyse and evaluate requirements for existing or new web and mobile applications.

- Design, develop, test and maintain web and mobile solutions to meet the requirements.

- Evaluate programming codes to ensure that they are properly structured, meet industry standards and are compatible with browsers and devices.

- Develop website infrastructure and integrate websites with other computer applications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.

- Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Java/Kotlin with plenty of experience in native Android development. Familiar with mainstream frameworks like Android architecture Components, Retrofit etc.

- Experience with performance and reliability on mobile platforms, e-commerce experience is a plus.

- Strong data analysis skills, able to identify product opportunities from technical metrics analysis.

- Good understanding of business, technical abstraction and system module design.

• Engage in an internal engineering team dedicated to achieving excellence in the design, development, and operation of the Singapore Government Commercial Cloud Platform.
• Securing infrastructure-as-code deployments is a key aspect of this role, involving the use of diverse CI/CD toolchains like GitLab, Atlassian, and Terraform.
• Designing and maintaining the platform utilized by multiple government agencies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure deployment and automation.
• Proficient in BASH, Python, Terraform, Gitlab.
