Salary: $2500 - $2800

Working Hours: 830am-6pm (Mon to Fri)

Location: Sembawang (Senoko Drivr)

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities including sourcing of material, supplier’s assessments and constant sourcing of new suppliers.
• Issuing of Purchase Order and follow up orders to ensure on time delivery to support factory usage.
• Maximize cost saving and ensure cost competitiveness
• Updating of monthly reports and able to maintain inventories at optimum level and rectify excess effectively
• Build and maintain good relationship with current and new suppliers

Requirements:

• O level and above
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in purchasing
• Computer knowledge on Microsoft office
• Skill in sourcing and requesting of quotations

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure performance complies with specications, technical clarications, and drawings.
• To guide and supervise on works arrangement and site activity.
• To check all installation drawings and prepare relevant schedule.
• Monitor the daily progress of activities and prepare daily report of the status of each assignment.
• Managing project budgets. Able to work on weekend/public holiday.
• Able to work regularly under rooftop.
• Able to use Microsoft suite of Software including project.
• Prociency in AutoCAD is preferred.
• Good organizational skills and communication skills. Good technical competency.
• Carry out the electrical cabling works, tray & trunking works with installation.
• Experience in integration of the sites.
• Minimum Certicate requirement in Safety Supervisor.
• Candidates with a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or above Minimum 10 years working experience on related sites

-To Project management Coordinate with main-con and consultant for drawing submission, material sample submission and meeting with main-con and consultant

-Select appropriate electrical materials to complete designs such as MSB, Distribution lighting fixtures, cable tray layout, lighting and receptade layout, single line diagrams, CCTV, data Telcom operational routing diagram, ELV systems, control schematic and writing diagrams

-Identify discrepancies in tender/contract/IFC drawings and raise queries for clarification, A and A ( R and R) + Constriction Filed

- Attend all operational matters related to the daily running of the project and Handle multiple projects simultaneously

-Testing and commissioning for Electrical apparatus

-QA/QC documentation review of engineering deliverables

-LV and HV cables sizing calculations and prepare a bill of material

-Planning workforce arrangement and supervision and working planning

-Giving progress reports regularly to teams and monitoring project schedules

-Prepare Electrical shop and As-builts SLD Rcp drawing
