Job scope:

-Obtain necessary quotation that meets the project specification from principals and suppliers.

-Perform purchasing and materials planning to fulfil sales and project needs.

-Prepare and issue purchase orders to principals, suppliers for engines, alternators, radiators, parts and materials needed for the company’s sales and project requirement.

-Monitor / review inventory stocking policy.

About the Role

As Master Data Specialist, you will work with Senior Manager BI and Master Data to execute data strategy and establish better governance of the group’s procurement master data throughout its lifecycle and ensure that high quality, actionable spend data is provided to the business. You will guide the category teams on how to secure an item’s mastering and data integrity through the end-to-end procurement process. This is partially a new role in the team developing our master data management (MDM) is a key part of improving our global Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) capability.
