• To provide high-quality, onsite technical and troubleshooting services covering below support activities within the required SLA time frame.

• To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance to the Project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
