The MolyCop business currently has 12 manufacturing facilities located throughout Australasia, South and North America, Europe. The procurement manager is responsible for the Procurement and Logistics Team. Responsible for planning, defining contracting strategy

Contracting Management

• Develop the Contracting Strategy appropriate for the project scope, project strategy and contractor market; to be involved as early as Investment Proposal in the development of Contracting Strategy.

Responsible for ensuring the availability of the goods and services according to functional budget and planning requirements

• Execute the annual terminal procurement plan and budget as per allocation
• Perform spend analysis, contract analyses, categories review, process improvement analyses and define initiatives to be included in the annual terminal procurement plan and budget cycle.
• Align the plan with all stakeholders and subsequently govern execution of the procurement plan.
