Ensure that Punch List are corrected and Test Memo and Service Acknowledgement Report are signed

Inform the project engineers in the event of changes on design, drawings and system operation which may arise during the job execution.

Highlight to Project Engineers any changes that may be required on supplied equipment for quality improvement.

Ensure that the equipment used for commissioning are calibrated and maintained in good working condition to achieve quality standard.

Ensure non-conformity report is being raised as and when necessary.

Ensure that non-conformances are promptly resolved by means of investigation and corrective action.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares the schedule and oversee the T&I activities as per project specifications and procedures.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or related field required

· Preferably 4+ years’ related field and project planning experience

· Excellent project management skills desired

· Must have driving license

Job Responsibilities:

· Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan.

· Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes of Meetings.

· Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.

· Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.

· Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.

· Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.

· Provide full support as required by the Management and Project Team for all projects.

· Overall coordination and management on manpower schedules.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for trouble shooting and resolving all welding quality and productivity issues through active engagement with the customers and production supervisors
• Develop and draft new welding procedures, including procedure qualification training
• Trouble-shoot and provide support to the Production on all welding quality issues
• Conduct random inspections to ensure that the welding activities carried out conform to the relevant customer specifications, codes and standards
• Directs and coordinates technical personnel in performing inspections to ensure workers' compliance with established welding procedures, restrictions, and standards; in testing welds for conformance with national code requirements; or testing welding personnel for certification
• Contacts personnel of other agencies, engineering personnel, or clients to exchange ideas, information or offer technical advice concerning welding matters
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma/ degree in Metallurgical/ Material/ Mechanical Engineering
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in preparation of WPS, PQR and welders’ qualification
• Knowledge of API, ASME-IX, NACE MR00175 codes and ISO 9001:2015 standard
• Certified Welding Inspector or CSWIP

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and debug test equipment, executable software, and code.

• Works with testing equipment to develop user friendly software.

• Take on various engineering tasks which will help to acquire new skills.

• Design software architecture and optimize the performance.

• Data acquisition and manipulation using different hardware.

• Provide customer support to internal and external stakeholders in person, over the phone or via email.

• Provide documentation for new or existing designs.

• Follow and familiarize self with company policies and procedures.

• Performs tasks accurately and efficiently, free from errors.

• Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with change, delays or unexpected events.
