Responsibilities

· Manage and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger

· Prepare bank journal, accrual reconciliation

· Prepare financial statement monthly, quarterly and annually

· Responsible for vendor master creation and maintenance

· Assist with GST computation and registration of GST forms

· Assist with finance activities such as external audit and document support

· Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts

· Ensure company comply with accounting & financial policies and regulations

· Maintain proper documentations and filing records

Skills/Requirements

· Minimally 2years’ relevant experience in full sets accounting

· Proficient in accounting software and MS office

· Diploma/ACCA/Degree in Finance or Accounting or any related discipline

Other Information

· Salary: $3,000 - $3,500

· Monday – Friday 9am – 530pm

· Location: Paya Lebar

· AWS

· Annual Leave – 15 days and incremental up to 20 days
