Responsibilities:

• Perform HR functions in areas of shared services, employee engagement and general HR administration.
• Ensure compliance to legislative regulations.
• Review HR processes and provide suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Provide HR advisory support to the various stakeholders of the company.
• Manage and administer onboarding, confirmation, offboarding.
• Manage employee p-file
• Employee work pass management.
• Generate HR related reports and government related surveys completion.
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holders with 2-3 yrs of relevant HR experience
• Conversant and knowledgeable in Employment Act, and legislative regulations pertaining to HR matters.
• Good written and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP HRP application would be an added advantage.
• Meticulous with a high degree of integrity and a good team-player
• Experience in shared service settings preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration Support to the Singapore District Business Officer

• Provides backup assistance as a minute secretary for Singapore District Business Board, Territorial Management Board and Territorial General Expenditure Board
• Provides backup assistance on insurance policy matters
• Provides backup assistance to manage the pool vehicles at THQ
• Maintains a procedure manual of administration executive tasks as a guide for backup assistance
• Assists with other tasks and projects as assigned by management from time to time
• Ensures confidentiality and security of information
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
• Any other ad-hocs duties assigned by superior

• Diploma or Degree with at least 1- 2 years experience in Business Administration or similar role.
• Hands-on and proactive with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous with an eye for detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
