Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the renewable energy and electric vehicle charging infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, potential partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the industry.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the successful delivery of services.
• Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to ensure alignment in meeting customer requirements and expectations.

Marketing & Strategy:

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights into potential product offerings or services to meet market demand.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategies for entering new markets and verticals.

Administrative & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all sales and business development activities, tracking progress against targets and KPIs.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and key opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed sales forecasts and reports to support business decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the renewable energy, EV charging, or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to meeting sales targets.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Loan Executive to join our auto finance business. As a Senior Loan Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the pre and post-disbursement processes, including but not limited to timely loan collection. Your expertise in credit operations will contribute to the success and profitability of our business.

Responsibilities:

- Perform record creation and system updating in the Company’s s operating systems for loan application received.
- Perform documentation check before loan disbursement and ensure invoices received are in order.
- Raise disbursement and commission payment requests.
- Prepare payment instructions, reminders, and other notification letters to customers / law firms.
- Perform imaging, indexing, and filing of collateral documents.
- Review & update system reports on a daily basis.
- Handle customers’ enquiries.
- Escalate any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager.
- Assist Team Manager by providing ideas / initiatives to improve the existing workflow and identify operational risks and implement measures to address / mitigate these risks.

Requirement:
At least 1-2 years of experience in Loans or in Credit Operations role.
