• Help track, analyse and compile reports on the performance of media coverage, communication campaigns and initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email campaign metrics
• Collaborate closely with teams from various departments and students to gather insights, consolidate inputs and create content that supports communication goals
• Coordinate meetings with external stakeholders including vendors and partners
• Conduct research on brand audits, consumer preference surveys and competitor reviews generate valuable insights that inform communication strategies

What we're looking for

• Current Polytechnic or University student in marketing or communications discipline
• Possess experience in graphic design and video editing skills
• Possess experience in copywriting, designing and production of both print/digital collaterals
• Good organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail
• You are a self-starter and collaborative team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Hands-on knowledge of Graphic Design Software i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Telegram)
• Good command of English with solid writing skills; bilingualism is a plus

IT Infrastructure Maintenance:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and other related equipment.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively.
• Implement and maintain effective security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from threats.
• Perform routine hardware and software upgrades and updates.
• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues promptly.

Facility Maintenance:

• Coordinate and manage facility maintenance activities, including building repairs, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities.

Project Management:

• Participate in IT infrastructure and facility improvement projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure and facility assets.
• Prepare regular reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and project status.

Requirement:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure and facility maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of servers, networks, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with IT infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Familiarity with facility management practices and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Scope

• Handle general worker administration: work pass application / renewals, insurance & security bond applications, medical checkups, flight and dormitory arrangements
• Receive delivery of goods and issuance of tax invoice and delivery orders
• Other general administration activities

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Levels qualification or equivalent
• No experience necessary / Fresh graduates welcome
• Proficient in computer and internet use

Responsibilities include:
-Assist in daily operations
-Ensure that the restaurant and kitchen is properly maintained and clean
-Oversee food preperations, presentation and storage to ensure food health and safety compliceny.
-Regular checks with customers to gather feedbacks
