What you'll be doing

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR & GL
• Posting bill and invoice from supplier and subcontractor in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform monthly supplier and subcontractor statement of accounts reconciliation
• Prepare payment voucher and reimbursement claim
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and book-keeping
• Prepare supporting documents for audits and GST returns
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures
• Provide support for administrative duties as required.

· Responsible for the performance outcomes of In-house website & e-commerce platformsuch as Lazada, Shopee and any other future platforms
