Responsibilities:

The primary job responsibility of the Accounts Executive is to execute the financial operations, which includes handling day-to-day accounting tasks such as recording financial transactions, preparing, and maintaining financial statements, and reconciling financial records. The officer assists in budgeting and forecasting activities to support effective financial planning and decision-making.

• Execute daily accounting and costing operations.
• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Verify purchase orders (POs), goods receipts, and invoices.
• Issue tax invoices and record payments.
• Perform GL and fixed asset adjustments as needed.
• Reconcile discrepancies with vendors, stakeholders, and banks.
• Manually compile costing data during system outages.
• Prepare audit schedules and support audit information requests.
• Assist in management and auditor reporting.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Accountancy/Business Administration or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in AP with knowledge in AR & GL.
• Working knowledge of SAP systems and Excel.
• Ability to handle high pressure and tight datelines.

THE JOB:

1. Maintain current customer base, attend to their sales enquiries timely, ensure all orders are fulfilled to their needs and make product awareness at customers’ visit.

2. At each conscientious visit, secure customers’ timely market information (such as new projects, follow-up RFQ and negotiations).

3. Foster strong relationship to achieve highly profitability and excellent payment collection position always, too.

4. Report any quality issues brought up by customers QA team to our Engineers for investigation.

5. Formulate and implement sales strategy for assigned accounts (includes EMS customers and distributors) and development of new customers base to ensure a continuous business growth.

6. Responsible for the sales process from initial point of contact (lead generation), presentations, proposals, through contract negotiations.

7. Provide statistical data on customers’ development / projects to determine quarterly sales forecast and budget planning on termly basis.

8. Maintain constant field intelligence and feedback pertinent information on competitors’ activities, product, prices and business performances to safeguard our market shares.

9. At short notice, business travel to provide timeliness services to present and potential customers.

THE PERSON:

A. ACADEMIC

· Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Microelectronics Engineering or any related engineering field

B. PROFICIENCY

· Minimum 2 years of related sales experience preferably in an electronics / semiconductor industry / Electrical Power Industry

· Possess a Class 3 driving license

C. PERSONALITY

· Aptitude to learn and independently self-driven under minimum supervision.

· Effective communication competence and efficient interpersonal skills

· Able to make overseas travels to augment customer service support and relationship

· Raise Sales Invoices, record receipts

· Processing electronic payments and remittance, ensuring accurate and efficient transaction handling.

· Ensure accurate data entry into accounting systems and maintain up-to-date financial records.

· Process vendor payments and staff claims.

· Perform bank reconciliation

· Maintain a full set of accounts, including the preparation of monthly financial reports for management.

· Manage the daily settlement of transactions, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations of accounts.

· Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports in compliance to statutory requirements.

· To assist with the year-end audits and submission of XBRL.

· Provision of information for income tax reporting.

· Cashflow management to support operational needs.

· Perform any other ad-hoc financial duties as assigned by the finance manager.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and tracking of lease documents and licences.
• Keep accurate records of lease agreements, correspondences and other related documents.
• Liaise with various parties such as lawyers and IRAS on lease related matters.
• Oversee and ensure that billing and other financial transactions (such as agency fees, refund of security deposit, tenancy arrears) are followed up timely.
• Organizing events to engage with tenants and improve landlord-tenant relationship.
• Assist with tenants' queries and be the main point of contact for all lease matters.

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Business Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience of leasing administration experience.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, good communication skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
• Able to commit to 5.5 days.
