Remote until we transit to onsite next year, candidates are expected to be on business trips overseas to assist our headquarters chairman from time to time(the trip usually take around 3-5 days, mainly for translation purposes)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the director (and chairman from time to time) in day-to-day tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating communication, and maintaining records,
• Translate and interpret between English, Chinese, and French for internal and external business communications.
• Draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Support the director (and chairman from time to time) in strategic planning, decision-making, and project management.
• Liaise with various departments and international partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

Eligibility:

• Singapore Citizens/PRs only

Education:

• Diploma or higher, preferably in French or other related fields.

Language Skills:

• Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in French (At least B1/B2, preferably C1/C2) is required.

Experience:

• Prior experience in business assistance, executive roles, or international environments is an advantage.

Skills:
