About this Role

Based in Singapore, you will drive sales into ASEAN public sector clients for Cloudflare’s solutions. The Senior Executive, Facilities Management, plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all facilities and buildings managed by the company. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and improvement of the company’s physical assets. The Senior Executive will work closely with various internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to support business operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

Facility Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of building systems, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ensure facilities are well-maintained, functional, and safe, proactively identifying and resolving issues
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs, preventive maintenance schedules, and upgrades
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Vendor and Contractor Management

• Manage relationships with third-party contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Negotiate service contracts and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met

Budget and Cost Management

• Assist in developing and managing the facilities management budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions

Health and Safety Compliance

• Promote energy-efficient and sustainable practices across facilities operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in facilities management
