●Work with the related data teams to deliver the data marketing strategy for trigger-based automation within the platform.

CDP and audience expertise:

●Guide and orchestrate cross functional teams to deliver a Customer Data Platform roadmap, including marketing use cases, creation of core audiences, mapping of cross-channel experiences, data requirements and segmentation rules.

●Work collaboratively with Dotcom, Digital Media, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Onboarding and Customer Success teams to support the development of CDP business use cases, activation and maintenance of target audiences across acquisition and/or retention marketing channels.

●Ideate and translate marketing use cases and business requirements into a CDP data sets, schemas and platform configurations to deliver business outcomes

●Drive the continual maintenance and improvement of audience data quality and technology usage.

Job Description

About the Team

The Internal Security Risk Management & Governance team is responsible for managing and mitigating information security risks posed within the organisation. To ensure that the company's risk management and governance strategies are up to date and aligned across the organisation, this team is responsible for working with stakeholders from cross-functional teams to perform regular risk assessments, designing and implementing risk mitigation controls. About the job
Your role involves:

• Managing a lean Oracle HR team, this includes hiring, conducting performance appraisal and handling escalation
• Oversee the maintenance and higher adoption rate of the recently upgraded Oracle Fusion HR system.
• Implementing system enhancements and upgrades.Ensuring projects is implemented according to timeline, budget and scope.
• Handling configuration and integration of the system to meeting user requirements
• Managing external vendors, ensuring that SLA has been adhered to

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least at least 7 years of experience in Oracle HR. At least 2 years of experience of direct team management. Proven track record in engaging with business stakeholders will be required for this role.

Candidates with regional / global exposure will be of added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

· Inform Design Team, Cost / Commercial team of all client-led change proposals and instructions.

· To manage local consultants in the execution of design development.

· To assist in coordination between Design Team, Consultants, Operator stakeholders.

· Assist site team in resolution of site clashes.

· Participate in workshops and lead, manage the consultants as required in review and comment of shop drawings in terms of constructability, sequencing and ensure quality of he design aesthetic is maintained throughout.

· Follow through on design development of Concept, Schematic, Development and Construction Documentation for all projects where applicable.

· To attend and review Mock Ups.

· Conduct site and factory visits to ensure implementation and compliance with approved design intent and direction.

· Interfacing with internal and external Operations Management to ensure timely incorporation of operational requirements within the project design.

· Manage the design change process to ensure minimal impact to project schedule and minimize cost impacts as a result of such design change.

· To assist consultants and design team to complete and resolve any unforeseen interface problems throughout the various Design Phases.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 8 year’s working experience in Architecture Design Management of Hospitality would be preferred
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.
• Possess good communications and people skills
• Good organization, coordination and leadership skills
• Required skill(s): design development, project management, construction.
