The Global Treasury Operation Technical Delivery Manager is responsible to deliver IT project(s) and change requests that span across multiple business units. Manage resources, schedules, financial and adhere to stage gate quality and SDM control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

The GTO Technical Delivery Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified boundaries of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder and Communications Management

•  Manage all aspects of project and change request engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
•  Continually manage project and change request expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders
•  Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and change request team, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas
•  Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication

Process and Delivery Execution

•  Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business

•  Prepare detailed project plan for all phases of the project

Qualifications and Skills Required

This is a 12-month contract role based onsite in Singapore.

The CX Operations Specialist will partner with our Community Experience (CX) team to support budget management, financial tracking, contract navigation and the end-to-end procurement process. IT Management:
