The roles of HR Assistant Manager/Manager include recruitment, compliance with local employment regulations, implementation of HR policies & initiatives and day-to-day HR administration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire spectrum of human resources operations
• Handle the full recruitment life cycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews, managing offers, and onboarding new hires
• Formulate and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
• Administer payroll processes, attendance tracking, CPF submissions, and income tax filings to ensure timely and accurate payment
• Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations for work passes
• Oversee contract renewals, confirmation processes, and annual performance reviews.
• Handle employee insurance renewals (WICA,FWMI,etc), government surveys, and statutory claims (NS make-up pay, government paid leave,etc)
• Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with full-spectrum HR responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's employment regulations and HR practices
• Hands-on experience in work pass applications/renewal preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Job Objective:

• Develop new key accounts
• Serving and increasing sales from existing key accounts
• Present and submit weekly sales report
• Primary market to focus: Education, Healthcare, IT & UC, MHA & Military.
• Work closely with renowned partners like Samsung, Crestron, Bose, Martin Audio, QSC, Poly, Logitech, Microsoft, and in-house AV Designer Team to propose solutions to meet customer’s needs.
• Negotiate pricing with partners to ensure bids are competitive.
• Manage partners (Manufacturers)
• Source and secure partnerships for related solutions to increase the breadth of solutions to the same customer

Additional Responsibility for Sales Manager:

• Lead the Sales team to achieve sales target & manage customer experience

Job Specifications:

Education Qualification:

• ITE/A Level/Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual is preferred OR
• Diploma in any discipline

Experience:

• Must have minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment with good sales track record.
• Must have the keen interest in sales management and have the leadership trait. (Sales Manager only)
• Have experience to look for opportunity in various tender portal, Gebiz and BCA.
• Experience in Audio & Visual, videoconferencing, telephony solutions is a plus

Salary:

Account Manager: $4k - $5.5k (OTE: $80k)

Sales Manager: $5.5k - $7k (OTE: $100k)
