• Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and channel partners to amplify brand recognition and adoption
• Conduct market research to provide actionable consumer and patient insights, shaping impactful marketing concepts and claims
• Lead the creation of regional campaigns for local market rollout, including training sales teams and providing marketing collateral
• Oversee product launches and upgrades while aligning with regional and in-country teams

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have at least 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing and brand management, preferably within the medical devices, or medical aesthetics industries.
• Experience in people management, direct-to-consumer marketing, medical marketing, and event marketing is essential.
• Key skills include strong business acumen, familiarity with digital and social media, resilience, and excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• The candidate must be able to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across the region.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have network connections in the market research industry to lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater to client's needs. He/she is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire leads and research projects from existing connections and professional firms including consulting, market/industry research firms.
• Conduct and manage objective research on current market trends, the client’s potential partners, the competition landscape, and other related topics to support critical analysis.
• Checks, analyses, and finalizes the output/deliverable from the local team.
• Develop new business opportunities and relationships to grow the business and aid expansion efforts.
• Conduct market research analysis to identify areas of improvement and/or seek new opportunities for growing/expanding work with existing clients.
• Plan strategically while adhering to company and industry regulations to ensure project success ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of business development and consulting experience in a market research agency or market research consultancy (eg: Kantar,etc).
• Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies.
• Extroverted and proactive with strong project management and leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Native and Japanese speaking and writing is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop clients’ relationships and participate/collaborate in teamwork or group settings.
