Your new role

Below are some of the key responsibilities for the role;

· Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's presence in the AV industry.

· Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, leveraging existing industry relationships and forging new partnerships.

· Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, assess competitor activities, and capitalize on market opportunities.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new partnerships.

· Analyze sales metrics, track performance, and provide insights to refine business development strategies.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate, should have;

· 5-6 years of proven sales track record within the audio-visual industry.

· Strong network and experience working with clients in sectors like hospitality, education, government, or AV consultancy firms.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Supply chain Marketing, or other relevant studies

Your new role

• Actively support onboarding projects of new B2B business partners (both Asset Managers and Distribution Partners).
• Collaborate with new and/or existing B2B business partners in the context of onboarding new funds to the platform.
• Act as the first point of contact for our business partners managing day-to-day queries.
• Contribute to the maintenance of the client hotline during business hours.
• Provide high level support to the sales/business development teams by conducting internal and external research, analysis, and investigations.
• Represent the client service team as a subject matter expert in meetings (both virtual and in person) with existing business partners.
• Support the development and ongoing optimization of internal processes with key internal stakeholders and to provide input on how to improve the operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the financial industry, preferably in the field of Asset Management and/or Investment Fund operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a finance, economics, business administration or similar.
• Basic understanding of the financial services industry.
• Great client orientated attitude.
• Strong communication skills, resilience, sovereignty, and team spirit.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English – additional language skills considered an advantage.
• Good MS Office application knowledge, particularly in Excel.

Salary: 40,000 SGD - 45,000 SGD + 10% Performance Bonus (DOE & Geographic Location)

About You:

We are looking for someone to:

• Provide efficient support on product and integration issues, and ticket triaging.
• Follow detailed processes and workflows to support engineering teams.
• Support service Request Management.
• Support content creation, content update, and knowledge management.
• Solve basic admin, and configuration issues in SFDC.
• Rapidly diagnose, investigate, and resolve or troubleshoot issues and refine them into clear, concise communication and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with engineering teams to identify solutions to recurring product issues and improve on-the-ground engagement quality with cross-functional partners.
• Effectively and concisely communicate technical resolution, workarounds, or product confusion to bug reporters and/or engineering teams.
• Efficiently and effectively execute SOPs and develop and maintain the knowledge base.

Some stuff you need:

• Experience operating with SLAs in a client-facing role in a production support environment.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a similar area
• Salesforce (Service Cloud) and Mulesoft qualified, certifications, etc.
• Experience in techno-functional Salesforce and Mulesoft integration in a hands-on support role
• Application development and ERP implementation experience.

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join the Procurement Department at Site.

Main responsibilities:

• To get quotation from supplier on materials and consumable products
• To prepare PO and issue to supplier on materials and consumable products.
• To prepare DO and arrange delivery the raw to local supplier for machining/ mixing process.
• To arrange shipment from/ to supplier for oversea supplier (including prepare commercial invoice, packing list and label).
• To liaise/ ensure supplier is track on their committed delivery date.
• To update Master planner/ production planing control on material status.
• To initiate meeting and take responsiblilty to manage inventory stock plan monthly with report.
• To support production administrative work by compile Invoices, DO/ Custom Permit with complete chop and submit to account for payment used
• To support and involve in continue improvement program.
• To provide support in any company ad hoc activity

Main requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as Procurement Coordinator in oil and gas projects.
• Experience in EPC projects
• Fluent in English
