Job Description :

• Responsible for sourcing, selection and negotiation with suppliers to strive for the best price while maintaining the highest quality, reliability and service (OEM parts)

• Manage project purchasing and procurement activity

• Monitor the performance of the suppliers and understand market price of component.

•Compare & evaluate the quotation from suppliers/vendors and establish working relationship with major OEM suppliers.

•Drives Supplier on meeting required specs and alternate parts

• Work with supplier on EOL and replacement parts

This role requires candidates that are well versed in MS Office with good attention to details and timelines. Candidates are expected to oversee all PURCHASING adminstrative aspects of projects that the company undertakes - including but not limited to

• Procurement of goods
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers to define/clarify/consolidate/evaluate request specifications
• Raise /issue/process PO and DO upon approval and forward to vendors and suppliers
• Track receipt of purchases
• Check all incoming good against delivery invoice, request specifications and purchase records to ensure the correct type/quantity/quality
• To monitor inventory levels
• Ensure purchasing processes to comply with internal and external policies and processes
• Versed in MS Office and/or ERP software

The candidate must be able to work well with all departments and be diligent in follow up actions.

You will be the lead in sustainability, focusing on environmental, social, governance aspects of our company, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding & compliance in this area. You will also work on sustainability initiatives to support the company's longer-term sustainability roadmap and will play a key role in the establishment of documentation and developing a standards framework.

Main Responsibilities:

· Manage all components of a sustainable supply chain (Green supply chain, transparent supply chain, circular supply chain)

· Manage regional environment management system to ensure compliance and safety.· Is aware of and enforce accepted social and environmental practices and regulations.

· Assist with DTC’s long-term sustainability goals.

· Work with other offices to manage first and second tier suppliers to include them in the overall sustainability strategy.

· Set, monitor or delegate social and environmental targets for the first-tier suppliers regarding their own suppliers

· Focus on the three Ps of sustainability (profit), focusing on such issues as cost, quality, delivery, and technology, and the second and third Ps (people and the planet)

· Embed environmental and social *responsibility throughout our supply chain

· Build structural agility into supply chain and ensure operational reactivity.

· Manage projects eg. reduction of packaging in supply chain, end-consumer recycling, circular economy models, reduction emissions in supply chain *and ensure they are synergistic

· Review digital transformation in supply chains so that steps can be taken to gradually digitize supply chain operations.

· Ensure sustainability benchmarks, targets, and guidelines are clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders and suppliers across the supply chain.

Job Requirements :

· Min bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, or similar education background relevant to Sustainability or Environmental Science and/or possess min 3 years’ experience in working in the field of sustainability.

· Good knowledge of sustainability concept & principles

· Familiarity with Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), Sustainable Procurement (ISO 20400), SMETA and Ecovadis would be advantageous.

· Exceptional analytical skills and experience in using data visualization tools.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, such as MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.

Main Duties

Over all in-charge of project order (as per designated project/site) including but not limited to as follows:

· Process order received via PR or WhatsApp group request

· Verify project order details – description/specification, model & quantity

• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, prices, terms, deliveries, and services with approved company vendors
• To liaise and negotiate with vendors / suppliers on project price

· Check price (by order history/ supplier quote) vs PNH budget/cost

· Issue confirm purchase order

· Monitor order status and delivery (e.g. lead-time/payment)

· Update project order list daily

· Liaise with vendor on wrong delivery, wrong order to arrange return or CN

Monitoring and Updating of Sales Outstanding & PO completion inclusive of the following:

· Check and verify any discrepancy on PO highlighted by Admin Team (PO vs INV/DO)

· Amend in system (create new PO or revised PO) if necessary

· For order discrepancy by quantity/model/specs liaise with vendor to check (refer to A.7 work)

· For Partial Delivery - follow up next delivery schedule and advise logistics

· Updating of SO for any changes on confirmed purchased order (cancellation or revision of SO)

· Submit updated SO outstanding report on weekly basis for Admin to process API/DOP

· Co-ordinate with the operation team on product information, availability and delivery lead-time and making sure of on time delivery of order

· To attend to any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

• Minimum GCE N, O Level or relevant qualifications

1. To conduct inspections related to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) to ensure regulatory compliance. This will include retails outlets, central kitchens, cookhouses, food manufacturing sites, etc.

The Role

The role is to market columbarium niches to families to store the cremated remains of their loved ones and develop channels for the sales of these niches through collaboration with industry partners.

Responsibilities:

- Develop channels for the sales & marketing of columbarium niches

- Attend to enquiries for niches from sources such as phone calls, website and social media

- Respond to booking of niches from industry partners in a prompt manner

- Show prospects to the niches in a respectful manner

- Ensure that all sold and reserved niches are recorded in the booking system

Skills & Experience:

- 2-4 years’ experience in the sales of columbarium niches or funeral industry

- Industry Knowledge of religious, cultural, customs and burial practices

- Independent self-starter with strong problem solving, marketing and organising skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal / external parties

- Proficient in English/Chinese. Working knowledge of dialects will be advantageous
