Job Responsibilities

• Liaison between clients, overseas office/agents, sub-contractors, carriers/co-loaders and internal departments to ensure smooth handling of shipments;
• Managing and coordinating Sea Import/Export shipments including ISO Tanks;
• Arranging & creation of booking in the system, checking & confirming of schedule availability once received from customers;
• Coordinating and resolve shipment issues;

The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing and executing procurement activities in accordance with DCS’ procurement policies, regulations and procedures. • Review quotations to ensure that they are clear and adhere to procurement rules and guidelines. Supports end to end procurement for service museums.
