Contamination Control

• Contamination Control Lead for ASM1 Manufacturing

  • Lead contamination program and strategies in ASM1 manufacturing.

Social Media & Content Strategist

As the Social Media & Content Strategist, you'll be working with one of our clients - one of the largest video-sharing platforms with a growing community of video creators and consumers. You'll lead the design and execution of cutting-edge social campaigns and editorial programs. Collaborating with teams across multiple countries, including Japan, Korea, India, and Indonesia, you'll manage internal and external relationships, ensure effective content distribution, and oversee day-to-day operations and community management.

While copywriting, content production, and community management will be part of your role, your primary focus will be on leveraging data to optimize performance and drive results.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the brand and has a deep knowledge of video-sharing platforms, APAC creators, artists and influencers, is well-versed in social media management and has strong project management skills. 

Role: 

• Develop and execute an innovative content strategy for APAC (India, Japan, Korea, Indonesia) that drives engagement and growth for our client
• Collaborate with local social marketing managers and vendors to optimize campaigns and editorial content
• Analyze campaign and content performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with digital best practices and industry trends to keep content fresh and relevant
• Develop and pitch new content ideas that align with social marketing objectives and key results
• Manage agency partners to ensure content assets are high-quality and strategic priorities are communicated effectively
• Oversee community management to ensure active and engaging social channels
• Play a key role in driving the growth and success of social marketing efforts across APAC.

You:

• 8+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Strategy and Community Management
• A passion for the video-sharing ecosystem, digital culture and current online social trends
• A strategic and creative thinker who is able to navigate around an always-on social landscape and roll with the changes in a dynamic environment
• Proficient understanding of social media analytics and experience with Sprinklr preferred
• Prior experience with communicating with local and geographically dispersed stakeholders to deliver clear instructions and messaging
• Solid project management experience and account management traits
• Passionate about working as part of a larger team to deliver on a common goal
• Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.

Interface with client service officers on transaction- filtering related requests and decide on these in full compliance with all applicable sanctions regulations as well as the DB's policies and procedures. Continuously monitor the sanctions regulatory situation in the region. Support in the translation of external developments of the legal situation into potential policy adjustments for the Bank. Ensure diligent review of transaction-filtering related requests and decide on these in full compliance with all applicable sanctions regulations as well as the Bank's policies and procedures. Investigate and review transaction payment messages escalated from Regulatory Filtering Operations to APAC Sanctions for potential sanctions or policy violations. Support all Sanctions-related aspects in deal team activities, including the drafting of sanctions clauses. Support sanctions-relevant reporting obligations involving countries in the APAC region to the competent authorities. Handle and respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities as well as internal or external auditors and business lines regarding sanctions observance. Conduct of training or briefing sessions to Business and other Infrastructure units within the APAC region. Participation in global and regional calls to update on regional developments and issues may be required. Reporting of any sanctions breaches to the AFC Sanctions Breach Team. Identification of any sanctions relevant gaps in existing processes and addressing these with relevant stakeholders. Your skills and experience: Minimum 7 years' relevant Sanctions experience within a Financial Institution or Investment Bank providing Sanctions Advisory service directly to internal and external stakeholders. Proven experience with Regional and Global Sanctions policies & Governance cutting across APAC region. Proven Project Management experience in Sanctions related initiatives, with the ability to lead a small team, while providing stability re: business-as-usual activities. Possesses attention to detail and being meticulous in reviewing sanctions-related issues for all escalations from Business units and APAC locations. Proven stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate (verbal and written) clearly to Business units and APAC locations substantiated assessment/position and recommend follow-up action. Self-starter, proactive and independent, exercises flexibility in addressing contentious issues, principled, and action-oriented individual. Proven experience in managing teams with diverse cultural backgrounds. Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
