Responsibilities:

• Responsible to identify the need, follow through product’s requirement and specifications at the right quality.
• Responsible to source, negotiate, purchase, monitor, manage and improve require delivery time at a cost-effective saving ways.
• Assist and support to spear head on all cost saving and reduction program and activities.
• Expedite, including and not limiting to interface with local and overseas suppliers for any contractual agreement and urgent requirement.
• Establish and maintain communication, working closely with internal customers to meet tight timeline.

• Maintain and updates all related documents and data that will support procurements activities and management administratively, conformity, legality and commercially.

1. AUTHORITY

To manage the Procurement Team and procurement processes, by delegation or execution.

2. RESPONSIBILITY

The procurement manager is responsible for the Procurement and Logistics Team. He/she is responsible for delegating or executing the spare part, consumable and service contract management, as well as vendor management. He/she will initiate and follow up on process improvement within his/her field of responsibility.

Position Overview

Our client is looking to hire an executive to support primarily goods receipt and secondarily in associated procurement activities in the Procurement team.

Role & Responsibilities

• To support with the raising of procurement requests and perform goods receipt
