3. EXECUTION

▪ Processing ship’s requisitions via the defined in Company Procurement procedures/system

▪ Evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factors

▪ Create and send purchase orders after approval

▪ Prepare items for shipment, arrange for transportation of product and coordinate shipments of

supplies to ships

▪ Update good receipt for each order

▪ Processing of invoices belonging to the orders she/he has created and/or are related to her/his

group of vessels

▪ Liaise between suppliers, relevant internal departments and vessels

▪ Other procurement tasks as delegated by the Technical Superintendent

▪ Interacts with ships to identify and meet requirements / problem resolution and to accommodate

short lead-time orders

▪ Request and process vessel feedback on quality and timing of deliveries of goods and services

▪ Provide information to the Technical Superintendent on various monthly / weekly reports as

relevant

▪ Ensure that Procurement policies and standard procedures are adhered to at all times

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative support for the Department
• Accurate and prompt execution of PO processes and invoice submittals
• Ensure on-time delivery for all order shipments to designated locations
• Handling of procurement related enquiries and feedback from regional offices
• Assist with claims on short-shipped, wrong or defective orders
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors as required
• Track and ensure best rates are applied on all shipments
• Assist the HOD and Manager in any assigned ad-hoc project or work as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience in fulfilment and logistics role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AX system (Training will be provided)

Aims:

• To play a key role in assisting the sales team to do product presentation and demonstrations and implementing marketing initiatives to promote range of products.
• To establish brand presence and recognition among the professionals.
• To create brand loyalty among customers.

Duties and responsibilities:

• To play key support role to the sales team in terms of product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• To assist the sales team in monitoring field information, market trends, competitive pricing and competitive activities whenever possible.
• To play key role and take lead in executing HQ and local marketing plans – e.g. Executing successful product launches for new devices, participate and organize plans for trade exhibitions.
• Attend HQ product trainings.
• To provide customer support for products for both pre and post sales.
• To maintain active communications channels with customers through frequent follow ups.
• To manage and resolve customer complaints and provide long term and sustainable solutions.
• To represent and champion customers’ views.
• To be able to travel overseas if required to provide training, attend exhibitions, product demonstrations and visit customer on site.
• To develop contacts with government hospitals’ rehab clinics and create a communication channels with hospitals.
• To develop a good working relationship with key learning institute of physiotherapy.
• To suggest product ideas and product improvement ideas to internal management from customers’ perspective.
• Identify and manage any appointed KOL and work closely with the KOL to enhance market presence.
• To work with the Clinical Specialist Team to formulate new protocols or enhance existing protocols for devices to differentiate, maximize sales and placement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Must have at least a degree in physiotherapy.
• 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Good communications and presentation skills.
