Our client, an established company in the Marine Electronics industry, is seeking for suitable candidates to join the growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand clients’ requirements and specifications; take ownership of engineering design and propose suitable solutions accordingly
• Provide a sample drawing and guide the AUTOCAD drafter to provide the engineering drawing deliverables
• Prepare the required engineering drawings; design, review and submit the drawings using industrial standards and best practices
• Lead the in-house technician for equipment assembly and cabinet integration
• Implement system configuration, simulation, testing and verification
• Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) and provide in-house training to clients as well as commissioning engineer
• Other relevant ad hoc task as required

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in telecom or equivalent discipline
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity; preferably from the electronics/ telecommunications industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD will be highly preferred
• Knowledge of coverage ools e.g. CadnaA, Ekahau, iBwave will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

Plan, design and administer contract/project of mechanical and electrical engineering works for building service including

• Schematic / concept and detailed design.
• Preparation of tender drawing/specifications & cost estimates.
• Attend project meetings, site meetings & site inspections.
• Review of shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Contract administration.
• Testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and resourceful.

Salary:

• Commensurate with qualification and experience.
