As a Non-Volatile Memory Quality & Reliability Assurance (NVMQRA) Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for performing formal Failure Analysis of customer reported failing devices via the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process. You will be required to summarize lab analysis results at the electrical and physical level to identify root cause and establish an associated containment plan. • Identify potential risk to external customers
• Communicate with respective BU (Business Unit) on potential impact to customers

Sustain Knowledge of Device Capabilities and Characteristics

• Keep up to date with latest Fab/ASM process technology
