About the Team

BytePlus Recommend is one of the key products for enterprise clients from the AML(Applied Machine Learning) team. The AML team has extensive expertise in recommendation systems, with significant practical achievements across both internal business applications and external enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

- Define the product positioning and GTM strategy for BytePlus Recommend Product.

- Conduct market research/user research, develop the product roadmap, define core product metrics, and collaborate with the development team to implement product features.

- Research, design, review, and evaluate product functions, collect user feedback, and drive continuous data-driven iterations.

- Align goals with collaborating product teams and promote cooperation.

- Drive market research studies to explore new technology and oversee development of business proposals for new opportunities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years of working experience in product management.

- Familiar with recommendation systems, familiar with public cloud industry trends, familiar with big data or machine learning SaaS/PaaS cloud products.

Job Purpose

This Payments Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping and delivering innovative payment solutions across the region. Reporting to the Payments Product Lead, this role will collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, and Country Teams to define strategies, develop roadmaps, and implement payment products that address client needs, regulatory requirements, and market trends.

Job Responsibilities

Payment Product Manager will be responsible for:

Product Strategy and Development

• Develop, manage, commercialize, and roll out payment specific products and services in all Asia Pacific countries.
• Formulate and implement payment growth strategies for different industry verticals/client segments.
• Define and execute the payment product roadmap aligned with client needs, digitization goals, growth strategy, operational efficiency, and regulatory requirements.
• Design scalable payment and collection solutions tailored to APAC’s regional and country-specific needs.
• Lead product definition, scope, and delivery, ensuring alignment with the payment product capability and payment transformation program.
• Be domain expert handling all aspects of product planning including product approval, product design, process planning, legal documentation, and providing RFP, pre-sales and post-sales support to Sales teams.

Product Excellence and Commercialization

• Work with regional and local teams to define and refine product offering in line with market, client and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the commercialization of payment capabilities, ensuring value-added solutions address client pain points.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Operations, Service, and Country Stakeholders to understand market, regulatory and client requirements.
• Drive product delivery by collaborating with IT and subject matter experts to establish timelines and ensure execution excellence.
• Drive product readiness for client and internal teams by collaboration with Head office, Operations, Implementation, Service, Sales, Cross functional teams, and country stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is must.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in transaction banking payments product function; experience with product development and delivery within APAC region.
• Strong knowledge of payment and collection products, including various domestic and cross border payment across APAC.
• Experience with cash management business and payment processes.
• Prior experience in developing and launching new products.
• Familiarity with payment platforms and experience of working with Fintech is added advantage.
• Customer-focused mindset with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to conduct workshops and effectively present to diverse audiences.

Your primary responsibility will be to fine-tune existing firmware, troubleshoot hardware-software interaction issues, and ensure seamless deployment in real-world scenarios. This position also involves providing technical support during system integration and addressing firmware-related challenges in collaboration with hardware suppliers.

• Design, optimize, and maintain firmware solutions to support hardware functionality, system performance, and scalability.
• Manage, review, and oversee firmware customization projects with external suppliers, ensuring all deliverables meet technical specifications, project timelines, and quality standards, including collaborating with hardware suppliers to adapt and optimize existing firmware for Project WATT’s hardware components, ensuring seamless integration with internal systems.

• Familiarity with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, or Ethernet.
