Key Accountabilities

Product Marketing Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals and growth objectives.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree is a plus).
• Relevant certifications in product marketing, digital marketing, or related areas are a plus (e.g., HubSpot Product Marketing Certification, Pragmatic Marketing Certification).
• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of successful product launches, go-to-market strategies, and driving product growth.
• Experience in B2B, B2C, and B2B2C product marketing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development.

Team Summary

The Card Product group manages the deployment and optimization of Visa’s core products base consisting of Credit, Debit and Prepaid payments solutions globally. The team is also responsible for the development and deployment of innovation across this product suite. To do this, we work in close partnership with Visa clients and key internal and external stakeholders across the globe. Director, Credit Product Management (AP) does at Visa:

Reporting to the Head of Core Product Management, AP, the role-holder will be responsible for initiatives across three broad areas of responsibility:

Credit Product best practices, leading identification, development and execution of Credit product best practices to drive improvements in usage, activation and preference for Visa amongst issuers and consumers

Drive credit innovation, through leadership for the AP region, of initiatives within the Visa 2030 strategy to expand Credit across traditional credit card issuance and the provision of credit outside of credit card issuance

Facilitate Visa thought-leadership, working closely with in-market teams in AP to develop a clear point of view on the direction of credit, working closely with Global counterparts. Job description

1. Manage payment and settlement products, including remittance, cheques, cashier's orders, foreign drafts, foreign currency exchange, gold savings and other gold-related products.

2. Conduct regular market research to continually improve existing business processes and increase the attractiveness of product offerings.

3. Provide branch trainings, assist to resolve branch feedback and enquiries and resolve customer complaints on the above-mentioned products and services.

4. Manage customer groups, formulate and optimize policies and procedures related to the management of customer-specific pricing parameters.

5. Collaborate with corporate banking department to provide batch account opening and personal salary crediting services for company employees.

6. Assist with the preparation and submission of business data and reports.

7. Other tasks and duties as assigned.

8. Achieve the department business targets for settlement products.

Requirements

1. Education：Degree and above

2. Professional Qualifications, Certifications: None

3. Relevant Working Experience: 1 years and above

4. Competency： Communication and coordination skills

5. Language Proficiency: Oral and written communication in both English and Mandarin so as to communicate with Chinese speanking customers, team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends.
• Oversee product life cycle and pricing strategies for products.
• Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and campaign ROI.
• Ensure the product is well-represented across all offline and online touchpoints.
• Manage marketing projects, ensuring timely execution.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports.
• Assist in new product launch.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficiency in SAP software is an advantage
• Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
• Good team player with the ability to work independently
