Role Overview: The Tokenization Product Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the development and execution of OSL's tokenization products, specifically within the context of Project Ensemble. You will be responsible for overseeing the tokenization of securities for fund issuers, working closely with cross-functional teams, fund administrators, and clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Min 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on blockchain, tokenization, digital assets, or financial products.
• Proven experience in managing tokenization projects or digital securities products, particularly in the context of real-world assets (RWAs).
• Knowledge of financial products such as money market funds, asset-backed securities, or other traditional financial instruments is preferred.
