• Attends customer’s complaints, enquires on quality related matters

Job Description

• Participate in the product and project implementation and coordinate new installations, designs and migrations for security technology and solutions.

Position Summary

Responsible for new product introduction Production Tooling Development, and production support engineering for a specific product or group of products after transfer from design to in-house or outsourced production. Interfaces with design, process, test, reliability and manufacturing engineering to solve product issues and production problems. Position Responsibilities:

• Support and drive production tooling development activities during NPI and sustaining phases.
