JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare backend for clients
• Prepare hardware and make courier arrangements for clients
• Setup and train clients on both frontend and backend
• Assist clients on issues via WhatsApp, emails, phone calls and support software
• Guide clients on how to achieve their features
• Document any bugs/requests on support software
• Feedback to developers and follow through to resolutions
• User Acceptance Testing – Testing and new documenting releases

Job Requirements:

1. Extensive Internet Product Experience Over 8 years of experience in internet product development, with familiarity with mainstream live streaming and gaming social products.
   
2. Regional Expertise At least 4 years of experience working on internet products in the Middle East region, with market sensitivity and the ability to analyze user psychology from a local perspective.
   
3. Strong Data Analysis Skills Deep understanding of metrics related to user segmentation, retention, and activity management, with expertise in relevant analysis methodologies.
   
4. Excellent Communication and Coordination Skills Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate across departments, facilitating collaboration to drive product improvements. Language requirements: Native English and Mandarin speakers only to liaise with international and Chinese stakeholders, Business level of Arabic to liaise with Middle East stakeholders.
5. Minimum Qualification Master's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Computer Science, Management, Statistics, or related fields.

OUR ROLE

As an engineer accountable for the introduction of new product within the Power Transistor sub-Group, you will be mainly responsible for the characterization and qualification of Silicon Carbide Technology based Power MOSFETs along with other technologies in our portfolio like Silicon MOSFETs , IGBTs, GaN HEMT and Power Modules.

The job holder will be involved in characterization laboratory activities such as:

• Testing program development, debug and deployment.
• Product characterization either at wafer and package level.
• Data analysis and reporting.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in electrical engineering or close related field.
• 3 to 5 years of direct work experience in a semiconductor environment, preferably as a Test Development Engineer and/or Product Engineer.
• Experience/Knowledge in new product characterization and qualification.
• Understanding of semiconductor physics and power transistors functioning is a must have.
• Knowledge of Wide Band Gap technologies/products such as Silicon Carbide and Gallium Nitride is considered a plus.
• Experience with some industry Automated Test Equipment such as Teradyne (ETS88TH), SPEA (DOT800), ACCOTEST (STS 8200), TESEC (431TT), B1505a.
• Test Software development experience & skills, including knowledge of C/C++ .
• Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented work ethic, ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Product Analysis & Optimization:

o   Assist in analyzing product algorithms to identify performance trends and areas for improvements.

o   Contribute to the development and execution of testing strategies that assess algorithm and robustness under different conditions.

·       Product Performance Monitoring & Testing

·       Data Analysis & Insights:

o   Perform data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of product features and algorithms, providing key insights to guide decision making.

·       Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or AI. Advanced degrees (Master’s, PhD) a plus.

·       2+ years of experience in product analytics, performance analysis, or engineering role.

·       Strong background in working with data-driven performance metrics.

·       Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.

·       Experience with performance monitoring tools, A/B testing, and metrics tracking.

·       Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their application in product optimization is a plus.

• Work with risk control and legal teams to ensure that products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and risk control standards;
• Develop and optimize risk control strategies to reduce potential risks in product operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, economics, computer or related majors s preferred;
• More than 8 years of relevant work experience in Payments or financial industry products, more than 3 years of management experience;
